Requirements: ● Advanced spoken, writing and reading English and Spanish fluency. ●POSITIVE PERSONALITY! ●Confident and assertive individual with great communication skills. ●Highly motivated. ●Preferably, more than 6 months of experience in BPO Industry. ●Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment. ●Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit. ●Robust ability to multitask, utilize multiple tools simultaneously. ●Intermediate computer skills (e.g. hardware, operating systems, internet).
